La Chatte Noire was a 21st-century cabaret in the bohemian district of Queens, NYC. Perhaps best known now by its iconic poster art, in its heyday it was a bustling nightclub that was part salon, part meeting place for an assortment of colorful rogues.

I have always wondered what practical consequences a fake tail attached to a costume has on one's mobility and combat. If Edna were being consulted in the design process, I'm pretty sure she would included these under the "No Capes!" rule.
